Started at 18 years old as a line cook, after years of working my way up I finally made it all the way to the Supervisor roll. My key achievements were allowing my team to understand that yes I was younger than them, but if they all followed my lead we would all succeed and that's what happened.

The size of my team was anywhere from 5-15 crew members on any given night. Mondays were usually about 5 and weekends were all 15!
